How to Invite a Coach or a Professional to MealLogger

MealLogger update to version 4.6 adds an feature that enables users to invite their own health coach or a health professional, such as personal trainer, dietitian or a doctor to act as their health professional at MealLogger.

Sending an invitation to your health professional is free to you, and signing up for an account is free to the professional you wish to connect to.

Users can send an invite to their preferred health professional from the mobile or web applications, and all they need is an email address to use the feature. If the health professional does not have an account with MealLogger, they will be asked to register for an FREE PROFESSIONAL account when accepting the invitation.

HOW TO CONNECT WITH A COACH

MEALLOGGER MOBILE APP 

1. Open MealLogger and navigate to the MENU.
2. Click on the ' Connect with a Coach ' menu option
3. From the opening action menu, tap Invite a Coach
4. Fill in the email you want to send the invite to, and add a message to the invite.  Both fields are required. After entering the recipient's email address and a personal message, click SEND to send the invite to your coach.
5. Once the invite is sent successfully, you are automatically directed back to the main menu.
When your coach accepts your invite, you will get an notification to your email and to MealLoggers notifications view.   When you have an Coach attached to your MealLogger account you will seen some new menu items in your menu view: Invite a Coach menu item changes to show feedback and activity from your coach to you. Messages view enables sending/receiving private messages between you and your coach.

Connect with a Coach on our Web application

1. Login to MealLogger and click the 'Connect' menu item on the right hand side menu. Connect view is also accessible from the left hand side menu
2. Click on the 'Invite a Coach or a Professional' menu item in the Connect view.
3. Fill in your coach's email address and a message to the coach. Click Send Invitation to send the invite to your coach.
4. Once the invitation is sent successfully, you'll see a confirmation message.
5. When your coach accepts your invitation, you'll get a notification email and you'll see your coach's name on the left hand side 'main menu'
