How does it work?
The Meallogger Network offers you the opportunity to list your services on the meallogger.com online provider directory and within a directory available via our apps for iPhones, other i-devices (iPad, iPod Touch), and Android smartphones.
Anyone can download a MealLogger app to keep track of their meals and activities. Your listing will be built in, and visible to anyone who downloads the app (or visits the www.meallogger.com site)
How do I join?
Enroll for a MealLogger Professional account - http://app.meallogger.com/trials/new?promo_code=listing Then, edit your profile, preview it to confirm that you like how it appears, and check the box to publish your listing.
Can I change my profile once it's online?
Yes. You can also remove your listing.
What will my listing look like?
Here is a sample listing from our smartphone app.
Does listing via the MealLogger Network protect me from spam?
We protect your actual email address from appearing on our directory, and requests for more information are sent to you via an email form on the app or on our site. Once you respond to an inquiry, they will see the email address you respond from.
What do I do when someone contacts me?
We suggest preparing a response boilerplate, a default message you respond with as well as adding a personalized response. The contact form is an opportunity for a potential client to ask you about what kind of coaching/counseling services you offer. Since MealLogger users are using a smartphone app or web browser, send them links to your site, blog, or social media presence. If you have a website with descriptions of your rates and services, respond with links to that content.
When does my listing become visible?
MealLogger 2.0 for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch has been submitted for release in the iTunes app store. The release date is set by Apple Computer, and we haven't received the release date yet. If the release follows normal approval schedule, the app should be live the week of September 17. MealLogger 2.0 for Android is due to be available September 17
Note: as of Sep 20, MealLogger 2.0 with access to the directory was live for both the iPhone and for Android phones. Listings are visible on both platforms.
I received a trial offer for premium subscription. How do I redeem that offer?
Contact email@example.com with the email address you signed up to MealLogger with. We'll verify that you completed your profile and published it and then enable your premium features. Note: we encourage professionals to fill out their profiles completely as a robust directory of providers is being offered to our MealLogger users. MealLogger app users looking to connect with a health professional need enough information about you, your background and your credentials to contact you for services. We reserve the right to exclude profiles that are clearly incomplete, have inappropriate content, or solicit non-health-related services.
